Core Atelier runs small-group Pilates sessions – intentionally capped at three people – alongside private training, events and a studio shop. We built them a calm, editorial WordPress site with WooCommerce-powered class booking, package purchases and a full member account area.

Briefing & Challenges

Client Brief

Our members already know why they come to us. The site needs to welcome new clients, make the vibe of the studio obvious, and let everyone book a class in as few taps as possible – including groups of three, privates and special events.

Challenges

  • Building a booking flow inside WooCommerce without it feeling like a supermarket checkout
  • Handling four product types – group classes, privates, events and shop items – in one cart
  • Giving the studio team an easy way to update schedules, reflections and instructors
  • Keeping the site calm and editorial while still driving conversions

Our Approach

Calm, not clinical

A soft, editorial visual language so the site feels like an extension of the studio rather than a transactional storefront – including typographic “core messages” throughout the homepage.

Booking-first UX

Class discovery, package selection and checkout were collapsed into a short, mobile-first flow that returning members can complete between errands.

One storefront, four flows

Group classes, privates, events and shop items all live inside the same WooCommerce cart with product-type-aware templates, so the studio only has to maintain one commerce backend.
