Bluemore Yachting
Bluemore Yachting run a hand-picked fleet of gulets and motor yachts across the East Med – Turkey, Greece and Croatia. We designed and built a Next.js platform that lets first-time charterers plan a trip and seasoned brokers send a qualified inquiry without ever seeing a price tag in a shopping cart.

Impact / What changed
Qualified inquiries
Before: bespoke charter conversations started with too little context. After: yacht, region, party size and budget flow into a clearer inquiry.
Decision support
Before: first-time charterers needed concierge help too early. After: fleet filters, guides and favorites let clients shortlist before contacting the team.
Content scale
Before: fleet growth could dilute the premium presentation. After: reusable yacht, destination and guide modules keep the site curated as inventory expands.

Briefing & Challenges
Client Brief
“We sell experiences, not products. The site has to feel as considered as the yachts themselves – calm, confident, and premium – while making it effortless for brokers and private clients to send us a qualified inquiry.”
Challenges
- Serving first-time charterers and professional brokers from the same landing page
- Keeping heavy yacht imagery fast on mobile for clients browsing in transit
- Turning a bespoke sales conversation into a structured digital inquiry
- Scaling content as the hand-picked fleet grows without losing editorial control
Our Approach
Cinematic by default
Every yacht page reads like a long-form editorial – hero reel, cabin tour, crew intro, itinerary – so the fleet feels curated rather than listed.
Planner instead of checkout
Yacht type, country, budget and party size drive a planning widget that feeds directly into the inquiry form, so the concierge team opens every conversation with the right context.
Favorites before concierge
Clients can shortlist yachts to a Favorites list, share it, and only then start the booking conversation – matching how people actually plan a charter.
The Results
Project Highlights
Fleet Navigator
A country- and yacht-type-aware fleet view that lets clients browse Turkey, Greece and Croatia without losing the filter they started with.
Yacht Stories
Each yacht has its own editorial layout combining reel, spec tables, crew, cabin plan and itinerary – a sales-ready page brokers can share directly.
Qualified Inquiry
A multi-step inquiry form that adapts based on yacht, region and dates, pre-filling broker-ready details so the concierge team can reply with a real proposal.
